I heard it was 19 days, when the body is filled with blood. Kind of feel for the woman though, if the eggs were fertilised in her womb instead of out, he'd have no say. But she can adopt. She can have donor eggs. The obsession to have a child that's biologically hers is a bit worrying.
Except since the embryos were "hers" (as in, contained her genetic material) and viable, I can understand why she wanted to use them, as opposed to adopting or using donor eggs.
Yeah, I know all that. I'm just saying that since most humans have a biological urge to continue their own genes, and these embryos were made with the woman's eggs, I can see why she tried to get permission to use them.

Eh, not really. Most human beings want to pass on their own genes. It's kinda hardwired into us.
