Thanks! I feel special that you made a whole post entirely for me! You can call me a racist all you want, but I'm not. When you're stuck in a city like Houston and all the New Orleanders come over and raise MY city's crime rate 40%, that says something. And when 90% of the faces shown on the 6 o'clock news are in fact african american, that says something.

I am not prejudice, and I am not in the least trying to say ALL AFRICAN AMERICANS COMMIT CRIMES because NO, I am not. It was a simple question as to why are almost all the faces on my news station and www.familywatchdog.us (a sex offender registry) blacks.

Why don't you look at actual crime statistics, instead of what they show you on the news?

You say you're not prejudiced, yet you're holding on to this false belief with such temerity. Why? Why is is so important to you to see black people as criminals?

It was a simple question as to why are almost all the faces on my news station and www.familywatchdog.us (a sex offender registry) blacks.

Don't try to backpedal. That was not your question. You asked why blacks commit most of the crimes in the US. Again, can't be answered because it's not true.

I posted in a community called ASK ME ANYTHING so I did. I asked why it seemed that violent and sexual crimes are committed by blacks. I know the statistics and I know that things are supposidly equal but if they are so equal, then why only show one race of offenders?

If you reply to her, copy and paste what she wrote, so we can at least follow along after she goes in and deletes every last one.

I don't thikn that she meant to be offensive, but she's seriously making herself look like a racist asshole. Especially with her referring to my city as a 'city full of slums'.

What about:

I've noticed what appears to be a bias toward reporting crimes committed by black people on local television. Is this a statistical fact, or is the reportage biased? Why might this be the case? Is there a history of this? Also, if it is a fact, why might black people be committing more crimes - is there a historical basis for this, or does it have to do with disadvantaged socioeconomic status and a lack of opportunities? Is there any way to counteract such a situation, because it really seems unfair to me.

Oh, the media is definitely biased. ESPECIALLY when it comes to the Katrina evacuees.
