I hope he/she is tattooing words on their body. I really do. I love when people walk around with misspelled tattoos.

Occasionally I'm cynical enough to lean toward favoring a legally mandated and permanent tattooing of "IDIOT" across the foreheads of certain examples of the populace.

The above strikes me as a more than acceptable substitute, however.
