ASHES TO ASHES
having watched the first two episodes the series is growing on me, it is making me quite nostalgic listening to all the music (most of which i can name within the first couple of bars being played), and in particular this week the visit to the original alternitive club GLITZ.
it was quite odd to see that club again after so long, it reminded me of the times when we used to finish work on a Friday then it was a mad dash down to London to go to GLITZ or go to the Rum Runner in Birmingham.
how i long for those days again 18 years old with money to burn and clothes to wear and big motorbikes to ride, i wish i could meet some of those friends again after 26 years just to see what they are doing these days.
