i woke up and saw the sun bounce from her hair.
i opened my eyes and saw her silouette in the window of the room.
when i walk down the street her scent flows behind her. she never knows that i walk two steps behind and savor every moment.
she throws her hair over her shoulders, she pulls it up, tucks it back and constantly twirls it around her fingers. i've memorized every moment and every tiny eye squint and smile crack.
i closed my eyes, seeing her face in the last drops of light from the moon.
