school has started and thusly my free time has started to dwindle. i feel fortunate (i dunno if that's the right word) that my canoe job has cut down everyone's hours. though i will not make as much money i will now have a little more time for school work. mmm school. classes are really rubbing me the right way. my economic sociology class is (i think appropriately) really intriguing me and the GSI for my section has nice legs. ow ow! my american history class is being taught by some weird combination of the dude from the "House" TV show and Gary Sinese. he's frightened the freshmen in the class with the readings thus far but i think i'm gonna have a good time. yay american history taught to me for the 8th time in my life. biology 107 is a sick sad joke of a class. "a science class for non science majors" with no final or assignments outside of 10 quizzes... 2 of which we drop. i'm shaking in my booties. the prof seems cool though. though i have my hesitations about spanish (and my inability to speak it) you can mark my words people... 4.00 GPA this semester!
for my birthday i have received both a pair of chuck taylors and an iPod. now i understand that i can occasionally be overly self conscience but should i fill out any more spaces on this web site [[
http://www.catbirdseat.org/catbirdseat/bingo.html ]] i need each and everyone of you reading this to kill me. if i am already dead do it again. please.
lots of cool new people entering the picture here in ann arbor. dan, deek and chris visited recently and good times were had by all. now if only i could get hot water and the internet for the house to enter the picture as well. well here's to electricity! *cheers*
someone came in the house the other day and mentioned that the organ i graciously rescued from the side of the road could be worth somewhere in the thousands of dollars. i'm hoping two things 1) this appraisal is at least partially accurate and 2) the cost of repair is substantially less then thousands of dollars. coincidently i've been bumping to "The Ugly Organ" lately. that's right. bumping
anyways i'm rambling at this point and i've gotta get some reading out of the way before i run over to the FVSA table to help out at one. i love you Doug.
