I was in L.A. this past weekend.
I surprised Juan on his birthday and he freaked out, it was rather fantastic. Literally all of his friends knew but him. This was followed by all of us getting drunk at Danny's.
Next day I was pretty stoked to go to Crystal Castles. Too bad we missed the show.... But hot chocolate and milkshakes at Swinger's is never a horrible alternative.
On Friday I pretty much relaxed, went to Pearl to get some nifty art supplies.
Saturday I had a photo shoot which I think will look pretty cool, had a very 60s feel to it. That night I saw Men Who Stare at Goats with Juan, Danny, Wade, and Matt. I HIGHLY SUGGEST PEOPLE SEE THIS FILM. It's great.
Then I flew back today!
I love San Francisco, gosh darnit. So much.
I have a few friends who are planning trips up here this month. I seriously cannot wait :-)
