christmas miracle: all issues were resolved.
at least, they were formally solved. which is a step in the right direction!
went up to berkeley with derek on the 24th so we could spend x-mas with our stepbrother and his wife (and our parents, of course). christmas was pretty nice, minus the fact that it gets extremely frustrating when people don't even ask how you are doing because they are too busy being obsessed with stories from china.
i swear to God, it's like my brother shits gold to these people. and i shit.... well, shit.
anyways, i came home yesterday and took care of a somewhat sick matt. i'm looking forward to spending the next week or so with him before he goes back to santa clara for school. but i'm not looking forward to the leaving part all that much. i like what we have (whatever that is) and i'm going to be pretty bummed when i cant see him all of the time. but that is life.
