Movie Cliches
The surprise car crash scene is not a plot device. I don't know why so many directors and screen writers are using it so often. It's in movies such as The Forgotten and The Dog and TV shows like Alias. Most recently, I noticed it in No Country For Old Men. Please Hollywood, stop this monstrosity before it becomes the next token black guy who always dies first.
