Yay!
You know what's awesome? Getting taxes done before crunch time. You know what's more awesome? Doing it without any of the muss, fuss, or hassle that it required the last 3 years. And you know what's the best of all? Biggest return so far, baby! Yea! *phew* That's a relief.
In other news, Battlestar Galactica's series finally did not suck. In fact, except for one or two things I thought it was pretty frakking great. I even got a little misty-eyed at parts, but realized I'd be mocked relentlessly if I went into full-blown tears and managed to keep my shizz together. But I really, really liked it.
Lunch on Saturday worked out very nicely indeed. Nothing sucked there, either. Although if I want to be critical of myself, like I do, I would say the garbanzo burgers stayed in the oven a little long. One or two got dried out. Still tasty.
What else can I talk about? Hm. Some friends that came to town 6 months ago are now leaving and it makes me sad. I think if they were around longer we'd be much closer. They're super cool and I will miss them.
My favorite jeans are in their death throes and have also been discontinued. Nooooooo!!!
