Question!
I ask you, what possible point would there be for stopping to make that right hand turn on a bike lane? Note, it would have been perfectly fine had I done the same exact thing on the sidewalk.
I got a $123.50 ticket for not coming to a complete stop at this sign (the people in front of me stopped, so I had to almost stop).
It is also apparently illegal to wear headphones while riding a bike. I hope the ticketing officer and the elected officials who pass these laws all die of AIDS.
