2 things I have learned from work:
Thing 1 - One should always be nice to people and if possible gain his friendship. This can come in very handy in a great number of situations. Plus, if it goes the other way it can turn ugly.
Thing 2 - Women are not treated fairly. This is for the same reason that they have always been.
