Bell Peppers
What is going on with the bell pepper industry? First they went from one dollar per pound to one dollar per pepper, and I planted bell pepper seeds in a box on my balcony. Today, I found them $1.99 per pepper, and my seeds have not yet sprouted. (Granted, I didn't use to pay such acute attention to prices. Does this happen every spring?)
