Nortons has taken $50 out of my checking account for renewal of my anti-virus protection. Thing is I dont even have it anymore. My comp crashed a while ago and I dont have internet right now. I only used the service for a few months really. So problem is I cant figure out how to contact these people. I did not authorize this transaction unless I did unknowingly when I purchased the service. I just dont know how to fix it.
***FIXED!!! GOT A REFUND AFTER LOTS OF RUNNING AROUND TO FIND A WAY TO ACTUALLY TALK TO A PERSON***
