What the movie is about is that the people in the water are advance people who know all. (they can also see the future) And they talk to the people on the land, but eventually people on the land began to move farther from the water sources. And war and shit happened, and the people in the water gave up... now if that makes since to you... please explain! I seriously thought the movie sucked really badly.
