Everyone else seems to be posting in their ElJays much more often now. I figure I have a decent post saved up from the past few weeks.

For those who don't know, I'm about a month into a healthy diet. No Fast Food. No fatty or unhealthy foods. Diet pretty much consists of: wheat based bread/pasta/brown rice, fat free everything, and tons of fruits and vegetables. I also started going to the gym every day. I prefer going at 5am because it makes me feel so much more energized during the day. Right now I'm just running and trying to burn some fat off but next week I'm probably going to start in on some weights. I've lost 17lbs so far and my short-term goal is about another 12-15lbs.

So it's really not as hard as I thought and I have been accomplishing so much more every day. I've been eating every meal at home and cooking almost daily. My fridge is stocked with nothing but "healthy" food. I've also been sleeping much better as of late. Speaking of sleep.......
