umm...ok.
a friend of mine that i met has asked me out to dinner. we were supposed to go tonight, but as you all know, i am swamped with midterms, essays, and class registration for the next week or week and a half. i told teresa about this friend, david, and immediately, she panics. when i tell her it is just us two, friends, enjoying each other's company, this conversation ensues: (keep in mind, readers, this is an actual conversation. not even i could write this stuff.)
Teresa: "What if he kidnaps penguins on his spare time? And ties them up to trees?"
Me: "Teresa--are you serious?"
Teresa: "Yes."
Me: *stares*
Teresa: *stares back*
Me: Crackhead.
and i know for a fact, that since david reads this, he'll find this just as hilarious as i did. :) ok, i really have to do this online midterm, then write my educational psychology essay. booo, get outta here. :(
