muffin follow-up

Tried the new formula. It's a'ight. I think I can do better. Not quite enough rise for my liking. The batter was a bit too thick also. And also they did not brown on top. Possibly some of this could have been fixed if I'd actually baked them at 400 rather than 375. Or maybe I should have baked them 25 minutes rather than 20.

Anyway, Dad likes 'em (but he almost always say that). Maybe I'll like them more tomorrow.

Just tried another one and I do like them. Just need to cook the next batch hotter or longer or something-er so they crisp up a little.
