My mistake:
It was only the women's quarterfinals yesterday. Venus was defeated by Na Li--meaning there will be two Chinese women in the semis--who will now be the one to face Serena (who was looking iffy in her match against Azarenka, but managed to pull it out in three sets).
Meanwhile, on the men's side, the Federer-Davydenko match did not suck. And watching Tsonga defeat Djokovic made me wish I'd seen some of his previous matches.
