These are songs from the longlist that did not make the final cut of the official 2005 in Music CD. The final list will be posted soonish. As always, these are songs that I first heard this year, they don't have to be released in 2005 to make into my 2005 compliation.

the prize for least surprising post of the week goes to...

we'll see; i have a sneaking suspicion that all of my stateside honeys will be asking for a copy.

of course, the other least surprising post was that somebody (in this case tweeasfudge) would say "but, they're not from 2005")

the next least surprising post will be when the final list goes up and tweeasfudge says "HaHaHa! *mocks you!"
