why?
it's so sad how we take life for granted. We go on living with out a care in the world without ever thinking that our lives can be taken from us in an instant. My sister just told me how yesterday she witnessed a homeless woman being hit and killed by a car while riding a bicycle.her roommate laughed when she heard what had happened. How can you do that?? How wan you laugh at someone losing their life. Whatis even remotely funny about that? My mom said that it may be her way of dealing with situations, but honestly. To laugh at a woman who had nothing to begin with and was killed in the city that she loved and where people loved her? that just doesn't sit well with me. To the woman who's life was taken: I apologise and I want you to know that many people loved you and cried when you left. May God rest your soul. Please let this horrible event serve as a reminder to you all that life is a precious thing and not to take your or other people's lives for granted. that's all for now.
