Three more days until school starts. Guess I have to stop being quite so nocturnal. It's 2:30am now and I just woke up about three and a half hours ago. By the way, I'm sorry Caitlin, I was going to get up after hanging up but I must have passed out again because next thing I knew it was an hour later. I am so bored...
Been watching a lot of discovery channel and stuff lately, because I'm a dork like that. Today I learned about the giant methane bubbles that can be released from the sea floor in the bermuda triangle, causing ships to suddenly sink and plane engines to stall when the plume of methane goes up into the atmosphere. Pretty cool. I guess I could play more Diablo but I am so fucking tired of that game. It's just that there's nothing better to do. More people should be nocturnal so I have people to hang out with this time of night, damnit! I have a book to start reading but I am pretty tired of the scifi/fantasy genres, so I think instead I am going to find something else to read sometime. I am a weirdo for this but, I want to read more Dostoyevski. I looked through his books when I was at Borders with Caitlin and was kinda interested. Maybe it's just the boredom speaking. Anybody have any suggestions for things I might read, outside of the fantasy genre? I must admit Terry Goodkind is some good stuff and I've been thinking about reading some of the sword of truth books again.
Maybe I will read one of the random books my aunt gave me awhile back ... a Louis L'Amour maybe.
I sort of want to go drive around, but dunno where I'd go. I probably would if I had some weed to hotbox the car with, lol. Bah at quitting in three days for school, and having no money for a last few days of summer party. Going to the first day of school without a hangover would be blasphemy!
