Merry Christmas
Just wanted to wish all a merry christmas.....
I was going to try to do my top 10 tonight, but it's late, and I don't feel like starting it. So, I guess that will come this weekend
I know I havent posted much recently.....I think its a combination of lethargic withdrawal from the election (no need to compulsively be on-line checking 538, kos, balloon juice, or the news) and the fact that life is tinged by epic fail recently
In the last ten days or so, Ive had a massive gastroviral illness that forced me to get alternative way home for the brother, the brother got what I had and had to be taken to the ER for severe dehydration, the exhaust system in my car went blooey and it was discovered the engine mounts were corroded....setting me back 1500, an asshole at work found some money I had dropped outside, and despite me being able to tell him exactly how he found it, what it was wrapped in, and what the receipt says, he refuses to return it......yeah, its been fun
but today was good food, good wine, a good movie....(and yes, I cooked the christmas eve meal, lol....lasagna with a little bruschetta sprinkled with some olive oil, ricotta, and some crushed tomato).....and christmas tommorow
PLUS....I work new years, then...Im taking two weeks off, so Im very happy
