Our predecessor unit didn't get shot at as much as we have. Especially lately. We've gotten rocketed more over the last week than they did over their last 6 months. And all that fire means that even people as incompetent as the Islamic yahoos shooting at us around here will eventually hit something

It's true Fox is hard on our Prez. However, MSNBC and a lot of publications and online communities were hard on the previous Prez. It feels like a cruel pendulum with conservative/liberal leaders and conservative/liberal press that are constantly at each others throats. Anoint your own and demonize the rest. Ever thought about starting a news outlet dedicated to objectivity and reason? I liked Jon Stewart when he made fun of everyone. Not any more. I liked Hannity when Colmes was with him. Not anymore.
Did De-Nazification go smoothly? Didn't some of our guys disappear after they allowed some frauleins to lure them to Nazi holdouts? A lot of Nazis escaped too didn't they? Then there's all the rumors of ones that were granted de-facto amnesty. I don't think Germany or Iraq could've been expected to get cleaned up smoothly.
Like before, fix what you can and try not to let what you can't get to you. Stay strong inside old buddy.
