Is it so wrong to want to pick the hospital I want to work at by the attractiveness of the staff? I mean on all other accounts the two hospitals Im considering are pretty much neck and neck.... I've discovered I'm a sucker for pretty eyes, one of the interns has aquamarine eyes with black hair It's fixating.

Of course not. If you go to Fremantle you'll see the hot nurse partner of one of the residents I went to med school with. There are no hot male nurses at RPH. There's a handful of hot physios though.

Just think, you do have to spend all day with other staff, so if they're hot then you've got something nice to look at. :P
