Beer update
After a summer of not brewing in the heat, I have resumed my quest of good beer at reasonable prices. I have now in the bottle a batch of Steam from Midwest. Fast becoming a staple that I always want to have available. Morgan really liked it and I have become fond of it. I also have a batch of cherry stout in the carboy and a batch of Honey ale that G. wanted to try. The cherry stout I have done before and it is a dark and yummy concoction, perfect for the damp and dreary days of November. Next weekend I should think of doing something that will be good right around Christmas time.
