Went on a Cruise - Wish I hadn't
Well I went on a cruise to the south caribbean last week. Right now I wish I hadn't. My money and time (especially the money) would have been better spent doing something different for vacation. There were several very irritating failures on the part of the cruise line. Now I need to qualify all of this by pointing out that I am a steriotypical Taurus. It takes a lot to make me really mad, but when I get mad about something I STAY mad for a good while. In a few weeks I'll probably get over the mad part of this and remember more about the parts I did enjoy about the trip. I did enjoy quite a number of things.
I would probably feel better it the cruise line had done more than say, "oops...sorry". They'll have a chance to do more if they want to. I just sent them an email trying to be as factual as possible. I even pointed out that I *did* enjoy a number of things on my cruise. I *also* pointed out that I work with people who tend to go on cruises, and they will be asking how mine went once I get back to work.
So...now that I've vented a bit it is time to move on.
