Insanity workout: Day 31
Skipped. Crazy schedule constraints today. S. Korean food is delicious. Definitely picking up Bul Gok Gi next time.
Insanity workout: Day 32
Max Cardio. Basically, this is 45 minutes of straight up cardiovascular craziness. There is a workout similar to this one in the previous set of videos, but the moves in this particular workout demand much more from your. I only got through half of it, and was blinded by sweat by the time I was done. At least I could somewhat breathe towards the end.
Insanity workout: Day 33
Schedule constraints again. Didn't get any workout in, and today was supposed to be the recovery workout too >_<
Insanity workout: Day 34
Maximum Interval Plyo. This workout was actually supposed to happen tomorrow, but I chose the wrong video.
I could do most of the moves, with the exception of two push up moves that requirea somewhat awkward angle to position your body, and another pushup maneuver that requires a quick movement that involves starting from the low pushup position, to jumping in a standing position. I'm beat. My legs and arms have just stopped shaking from the stress I put them under. I can't even scream in pain when I'm doing this crap. I fucking love it.
