My friends might be shocked to know....

Living in Montana is far from the town I grew up in. Casselberry, Florida is not only 2,000+ miles away from where I live now, but it is almost like a completely different world. The "mall" we have in Kalispell has only 2 department stores. One is JCPenny's, the other is Herberger's- which btw I never heard of until I came here. The Orange Julius closed. There is no food court, and if that doesn't give you an idea of how bad it is I can stand on one end of the so called mall and see the other end PLUS thats the only floor. The next closest mall in the state is 130+ miles away. Yet again one floor (bigger though) but more known stores like Hollister, Spencer's, Wet Seal, Hot Topic but thats about it, they don't even have a Macy's anymore! But there is hope! I can leave the state of Montana and travel to Washington and visit the mall in Spokane (I've yet to save enough for a shopping spree worth my time) but I hear it is two floors!* Just did some quick research and there is a Sephora in their JCP's and MAC in Macy's! Only 260+ miles away!
Montana's are not entirely fashion challenged. Remember: internet. I honestly can understand why theres a fashion shortage here. More girls here are more worried about getting their next dirt bike, when its open season or when the next barrel racing competition is. Oh and staying warm. The girls here only have a two and a half month window of warm weather for dressing skimpy and sexy. The only beaches are at lakes. Without going into seasonal detail- you get the idea.
I'm not trying to say I'm the most fashion forward person living in Montana, because believe me there are a lot of rich Californian's that live here that make frequent trips to awesome malls and are always dressed to kill. ;]
