stop.

this obsession. this constant berating. the despair. the guilt. just stop.

relax, finch. you can eat what ever you want, when ever you want. all this focus on food and strict guidelines and cutting out food groups has made you desperate and has made you binge.

the aim is good health. not anorexia, not binge eating disorder, healthy. calm down, life and good health are easy and you can do this.

relax.
