1. Stop getting sucked into the black hole of Netflix marathons. Also, watch better stuff. Just because "Confessions: Extreme Animal Hoarding" is available doesn't mean I need to watch it. More PBS, BBC and other awesomeness.
2. Be more productive at work. Do as best I can, and when that falls short, be able to know and accept that it's still enough, and tomorrow will be another day.
3. More tea, less wine. Sometimes I worry myself over how much I crave that glass of wine (or two, or three) at the end of the day.
4. Step away from social media. Disconnect more often in favor of walks, reading, tea-sipping, spending time with others--and quell the need to tell the world about what I'm doing with a post or a photo. Just be.
