Happy Fourth Everyone!
So today and yesterday were pretty great.
Yesterday a bunch of us went to Crane's Roost and watched the fireworks there. it was pretty neat. Then we all went to Casa de Waffle and enjoyed a meal. Also, very neat.
Didnt stay out too late cuz i felt really crappy.
Today was rather good. Woke up around 11 and then got together with Nick around 1.
We hung around the house and then just napped. Took back Mario Party :(...but we will get another one sometime and play that one.
Then we came back to my house and ate pulled pork from Bubbaloos. TASTEY!!!!!
We are currently playing Risk.
Mom and Tori were playing but they got knocked out. Now, its me my dad and nick. Me and Nick are trying to take out my dad. Which is fun. HA!
So, Tori already posted about our cousin leaving. However, I cried for a bit...and I'll probably cry somemore later when I think about it or have an emotional day...or just for a random cry cuz its upsetting.
Yea...I didnt know anything about our cousin leaving until today after we started playing Risk.
Isnt that funny....Playing Risk and then finding out my cousin is going to real war....>GREAAAAAAAAAAAT.
I'm really upset about it because I never really see him and I never really talk to him. And plus its war...anything could happen and he could get killed and that would just crush me. I really dont want to go to my cousin's, who is 22, funeral. I pray that he comes home safe.
I really hope the war ends soon. I don't know much of my other famil who is going to be going to war so thats good but I'd rather that no one else that I love be sent over seas. Its a terrible thing. I knew he was going one day...but not on a holiday and not to find out later that he's already shipped and I never got to tell him anything.
I left him a message but I was told that he might not be able to even contact us while he's over there. Which is sad because I would like to talk to him.
I hope he returns home safe.
