Well, that rather depends on what we can remember, don't you think? As to your first question, of course, dear. Or your second first, rather, if we're judging grammatically.
But the fact that we can remember something inherently suggests the possibility of remembering everything. It's just a matter of unlocking the door, so to speak.
I was always kind of crap at grammar, to be honest, so I'm going to assume I was answering the right question.
Does the mind really have the capacity for two sets of memories, however? I have enough trouble remembering what's going to happen at times, I can't imagine always remembering what was going to happen all those times over. NOt that I don't remember my time over, you understand; but some of us aren't so lucky to be on our first go round.
Given that most have access to small snippets of it, I might venture to say it's already there. Just buried under a lot of other things. As for the limits of knowledge or information, well -- people have been trying to figure that out for a long time. Part of what makes epistemology so fun!
