Thank you very much indeed all of you who came and assisted with the house move over the weekend. Apologies also to those who offered assistance and were thwarted by the vast logistical faff monster and traffic doom, which collectively meant that the weekend was approximately 8 parts driving round London trying to pick things up to 1 part actual loading/unloading, and I was never where I expected to be when I expected it.
Shiny house is of shiny. And stuff. So much stuff. This week will be vast amounts of unpacking and a certain amount of gathering miscellany from Chris and Andy's old house in my car, but I reckon something approaching normal service will resume next week. And then there will be housewarmings and dinner parties and music and things.
