The Next Bend
I've looked deeper within
Through the vibrant green eyes
To see beneath my pale skin
Where my beauty really lies
It's an amazing feeling to know
That you see the 'real you'
And you can watch yourself grow
Making it no matter what you go through
It's an awakening of the soul
To realize your possibilities never end
And you have all the control
Over what's around the next bend
