(Something more intimate?): Almost guaranteed not, because aside from the age issues (six solar sweeps!), you do not want to get involved with Equius like that ever
(Relationships?): What with the extremely complicated troll relationship dealieo, relationships for Equius are always an option. If (for some strange reason) you want to try and have a character pursue a relationship with him, it'd be best if you could hit me up on AIM or e-mail to chat about it and figure it out; he's a strange, complicated troll. Additionally I am not so good at romance, so.
The only exception to the relationships availability is moirallegiance; since Nepeta is already the best moiral ever, he won't work to find anyone else in that quadrant.
Punching this character (provided they can fight back): Hitting Equius is absolutely fine, along with almost any other attack attempt, but he will punch back, and when he punches back, it generally involves immediate horrible agony and/or death. He punches robots so hard their arms fly off; more squishy objects probably wouldn't fare as well.
(Injury?): Generally fine, but it'd be cool if we chatted about it beforehand.
(Death?): Unless it's been discussed, no.
Is there anything you do not want mentioned near this character?: Not particularly. He tends to get antsy about a lot of subjects, but that's part of the fun.
Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character?: Equius has Issues, particularly those involving his fascination with strength and musclebeasts (part of the fauna of his home planet). This is kind of horrifying, especially the way he elaborates on it, and it's been admitted by the author that Equius was mostly implemented into the series by being based around a prior work and field of internet trolling. As such, he can reach disturbing levels with this stuff. It's kind of terrifying. If this bothers you, feel free to leave me a note here with what you'd like me to do - avoid it entirely around your characters, or something similar.

D --> Each new line is begun with a bow and arrow preceding everything else
D --> He frequently uses 100 or 001 in place of loo or ool, or anything sounding like them (lewd to 100d), and replaces all x's with % signs, as well as all letter combinations that sound like x (a%epting or infle%ion) and all instances of the word 'cross' ('doublecross' becomes %%)
D --> He'll try to manhandle the above into as many words as possible, and very rarely uses end-sentence punctuation
D --> Lastly, when e%tremely flustered or worried, he uses livestock puns, such as behoovioral (behavioral) and gait (gate)
