Thanks to

If she thought about nothing, wouldn't thinking about nothing be thinking about something?
Meditation was complicated. Like the patterns the superballs had made in the air...
So many colors...
Flying around...
Individually their movement was furious and chaotic, but taken in as a whole it was an almost tranquil mass of swirling colors.
Blair's eyes opened to see a quiet clearing in the middle of a jungle. The rich forest vegatation and quiet calls of tropical birds indicated a rainforest. Blair turned to look for the sound of running water and saw a small white wolf pad up to a stream. He smiled at the sight of his spirit animal, the same one he had seen during countless meditations.
He looked around the clearing, eager to see what Pippi and Maia's spirit animals.
Pippi opened her eyes and found herself on a beach, the sun was setting, the breeze wasn't to cold or to warm, the sea was rolling forward and back, forward and back. There was a small bonfire going nearby, and other the other side of the fire she's happy to see Old Man.
Blair heard the sound of water and turned, his wolf padding away from the stream to the middle of the clearing. Just a few feet away, the jungle faded into a beach, the sand mixing with grass and vines in places.
Next to a fire, stood a large white spotted horse and Blair knew that he was looking at Pippi's spirit animal. It made sense for her and Blair grinned at the sight of the strong animal. Blair's wolf howled a greeting to the horse and Blair felt a playful happy feeling deep inside.
The horse snorted a greeting and nodded its head. Then bent it's neck down for a drink.
Maia opened her eyes and was in the woods near the house she grew up in. She glanced down and saw a bunch of flowers in her hand. She glanced over and saw a wolf standing next to her. She wasn't afraid. "Hello there." She said, the wolf walked beside her as she followed the sounds of the water.

Walter made it to the gym ahead of Pip and began stretching. He was interested to see what a well-trained mercenary could throw at him.
He made a promise to himself not to cause any lasting damage.
Pip walks in, strapping on a pair of white gloves. "Don't you ever change out of that outfit?" he asked. He started doing a few warm up stretches. "Any particular rules? No weapons, obviously.
"Why would I need to?" Walter asked blithely while he finished bending himself in half.
"Rules. No low blows. No intentional lasting injuries. No weapons, of course. And I'll go a little slow at first until we get a feel for it." Mindful of the lesson learned from Nadia, of course.
