I drew a new face and laughed...
So. As I sit here (in my underwear) thinking I really should go get dressed and leave for work before I'm late (AGAIN), the pool people come to clean the pool. They walked right by the window next to me and I have to walk my a huge wall-of-window type of sliding glass door to get to my room and my clothes. My real question becomes, how many times have these gross men seen me in my underwear!
Anyway, work is special. They had someone from legal ont he 6th floor come tell us that our department has a gossiping problem (like it's a drug habit or something) and if it is not stopped, there will be serious reprocutions. I think this was very stupid. We couldn't get any clarification at the meeting. It's all bullshit and I think they're just trying to find a way to fire people. Of course, what happened? We all talked about the meeting, mocked it, and tried to figure out what was being spread that was causing the problem. Thus the no gossip meeting created triple the gossip and gossip where there was none. Then the new VP was walking around being nosy keeping too close an eye on the help. Very special. I think I need to look into moving to another department where I can gossip freely and we won't be singled out that way. Punks in the legal department are a bunch of idiots.

In better news:
Erica's coming down, so I'll be seeing her in less than a week. Hopefully I don't traumatize her so she stops talking to me.
Also, I may be going on a cruise to Hawai'i 9/10-9/17.
I get paid tomorrow, thank GOD.
Someone remind me to go to Target and get the Tyler Hilton CD and call Uncle Sams to see if they still have whatever they were giving away free with the new Esthero CD.
