Ode to the Seeker fans
Well, it seems years ago since I last posted something. Let's do something about that ;)
First of all, a big gigantic THANK YOU to all my Legend of the Seeker buddies. I have never seen a fandom so dedicated, true to their word and awesome as this one. And I'm not trying to be nice to all. All right, I am. lol. I don't really know how to explain it, but I will try.
When news that a tv show is canceled, we all do two things: If we love the show, we say 'Oh no! I liked that. Well, that's a shame'. And that's that.
If we hate it, we say something like 'about time they came to their senses and canceled that!'
But this has not happened with Legend of the Seeker. Fans have come together, have contacted people. Hell, they even have donated money! That is very rare. And that is why I'm so happy and proud of being part of this amazing fandom.
Some wish we would shut up already and give them peace (sorry brother), but they don't understand. As I was talking about it with another fans, Legend of the Seeker is more than a tv show. It has become a way of life. There is magic. Real magic.
Legend of the Seeker has given me the chance of making friends from all over the world. It has made us come together and bond. All because of our love for this amazing show. So here's to you Seeker buddies. Thank you for all your hard work, and keep it up!
I believe we can do this, and I will always be proud of you, no matter what. That is what Richard, Kahlan, Cara and Zedd have taught us. Friends are there for each other, no matter what.
So now I will leave my cheesiness on a corner and continue with my campaigning.
