A gentle tip; you need at least five rinses to get the stuff out, then maybe five more for the smell.

Put a damper of my plans by leaving them so suddenly, but I should still manage to get things done hopefully.

Yes, a bit. Though I'm not sure it's helping much, because I feel worse than I did before I started it! I-I was trying to get stronger for Wolf-- von Bielefield, but now it's just for my own personal resolve.

Oh, I would say that's normal, training wise there is strain, but you have to be careful, build up the stamina gradually. And remember to stretch and warm up so you don't hurt yourself.

Well, I do not know of Mr Gurrier's expertise, but I can say from experience, 'no pain, no gain' is very much true. Wolfram learned that himself the hard way. You share that spirit of seeking strength.
