[What's okay to mention around him/her] No restrictions on what to say, though he might get a little prickly if someone talks about homosexuality or transgender issues in an ignorant way. Also since he is a teacher, he can and will deduct points and hand out detentions if there is rulebreaking mentioned.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Nuriko is very distinctive in how he looks, because he puts a lot of effort into it. He's always dressed stylishly with the right amount of colour in his clothes. He always wears jewellery and make up, but it's never over the top, he's more into subtle and chic in that regard. Often he'll have his nails painted and his long violent hair in a pony tail or braid which goes down past his waist.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Strikes can be hacked with some effort, private entries less so unless you really try, he is careful after all. Some are unhackable but that will be stated in the entry if they are.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Go right ahead, but be warned Nuri won't put up with it for long will put a stop to it eventually, he's not one to be pushed around.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] As a teacher he tries to set an example, so if you attempt to fight he will disarm and restrain anyone who tries picking a fight with him. If you want to plot something out feel free to let me know, though Nuriko's upper body strength gives him a bit of an advantage physically.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Students I'm afraid are an immediate no go for Nuri. Sorry, he isn't interested in risking his job more than usual. Staff, he will roll his eyes at any attempts to flirt. Anything else he will back away from since he is happily married. If you persist you risk ending up on the wrong side of his fist.
[Anything else?] Yes Nuriko is a crossdresser. Currently no one bar Dumbledore knows in game that he's actually male but I'd be happy to plot with people for accidental revelations.
