So, my vacation is approaching quickly, and let me tell you....it can't come fast enough. First off, let me go over when I will be coming up to Cleveland and my plans.
Tuesday, June 5th - Traveling to Cleveland VIA my car and should be arriving 7-8 PM. Going to Chipotle for some food when I get in. I'm staying at my friend Chris' place the 5th-7th.
Wednesday, June 6th - Going to the Indians game in the evening.
Thursday, June 7th - Nothing solid planned.
Friday, June 8th - Hopefully going to Geauga Lake. I'll be staying with Wayne from this night through the rest of my trip.
Saturday, June 9th - Bar in the evening, maybe Conventry during the day.
Sunday, June 10th - Possibly Cedar Point if people want to go and can afford it.
Monday, June 11th - Nothing solid planned, except to visit my grandmother.
Tuesday, June 12th - Leaving early in the AM to head back to Myrtle Beach.
If anyone has any ideas or wants me to stop by or possibly hang out.....let me know. I will be taking applications. Also, make sure you have the rubbers HAHA!
If the Cavs somehow happen to make it to the NBA Finals, that should be starting on the 7th. Now, I think San Antonio would be getting home court advantage. I'm not sure if they are doing the every other game, but if so.....that means a game in Cleveland possibly Monday June 11th. I want to go to that for sure. This is a big "WHAT IF" though.
Well, in order to get to Cleveland, my car needs to get in tip-top shape. I took it on Tuesday to get looked at it. I dropped it off at 11 AM, and they didn't get a chance to look at it until after 4 PM. Needless to say, they didn't do any actual work on it. I made an appointment to get the work done on Thursday. So hopefully it can be in perfect running order for the drive. I was also waiting on my South Carolina state tax refund to do the work on the car......but South Carolina has seriously fucked me. It has been WAYYYY too long since I submitted it.
Work has been OK. I had to deal with a couple problems, but I won't go into any kind of detail. I like everyone I work with and it has been very enjoyable so far. Ray and Shaun have been some solid, stand-up guys. Seeing Ashley again kind of reminds me of old times, but it is still crazy that she works with me now. Mary Beth and Katherine are awesome like usual. I may not show it 100% of the time I'm there (I was told I'm too serious, haha), but I really enjoy working there.
So, for anyone that talks to me often may know that I sent my XBOX 360 out to get repaired less than 2 months ago. Even before I sent it out, I didn't play it that much anymore...due to a network connection problem. Anyways, I just received it yesterday from the service center. I plug it in and put a game in.....then nothing happens. It was making weird ass scratching noises and couldn't load a game. GREAT! I call up Toys r Us today and bitch them out, they tell me to call the Buyer Protection company, I bitch them out. Then they tell me to call the company that repaired it so I can send it back to get repaired. You got to be fucking shitting me. This is a big hassle. So, any video game enthusiasts that may want to pick up a system and warranty at Toys r Us.....I highly recommend that you go elsewhere, perhaps Best Buy, GameStop or EB. I didn't really have a choice, because I got the 360 when it was still hard to find.....and it was the only one I could find.
In better news, while Todd and I went shopping and crap while my car was in the garage, we went to Best Buy. I check everytime I'm at Best Buy if they have Nintendo Wii's or PS3's. They usually have a PS3 in stock, but I have NEVER seen a Wii. Well, it was my lucky day, and as I went down the aisle, they had 2 Wii's in stock. I made my decision to purchase based upon a coin-flip. I think it was a wise move, haha! I have yet to open it. I am making sure I can totally afford it first after I get my car repaired. I was quite excited about it anyways.
My stomach has been bothering me for about a week and a half. Ever since the weekend I went out with Ray and Shaun, then drove to Wilmington, NC. My stomach has been in shitty shape, and leaving me in agonizing pain. Most night I would lay in bed, feeling shitty, watching TV and going to bed early. I have keeping up with my medication as much as possible. I bought some Flinstones vitamins to help me stay at least a lil more healthy (haha!). I eat very poorly and do not get my proper nutrition.
I'm looking forward to moving out later next month also. Todd and I were talking and were possibly thinking of getting a cat. We would name him "Charles Xavier".....after Professor X from X-Men. If you know the "I'm the Juggernaut Bitch!" video......then you might know why. This way, if the cat meows, I can say "SHUT THE FUCK UP CHARLES!". HAHA! I'm a loser.
Go Cavs!
And if anyone can guess what movie the subject line is from, they get major props :)
