Not everything which happens is in the newspaper
So a lot has happened since last we chatted, and I'm not sure how much of it I might want to discuss, so lets just see what comes out and what doesn't. I got real drunk on wednesday night, like I do, but I actually had a really fun night. A bunch of people came over to our place, it was a pretty cool cross-section of people. I went to bed at about 5ish, then watched cartoons the next morning until about 2ish. Pretty much, I didn't get anything done that day, but I don't mind to bad.
I made up for it this weekend, did a shit ton of homework and practicing, as well as made some way in my book. I'm working on re-reading Stephen King's Dark Tower series. I had borrowed #5 and 6 from Whitney earlier this year, after I read those i realized how long it's been since i read the others. So I decided to make my way all the way through again, and I'm on #3 now. That's about when it gets good, because I think Stephen King was around 10 when he wrote the first one, and the second takes place in 1980's new york, and the 80's sucked.
My little brother got in a car accident this weekend, but he's okay. He rolled his car twice when he swerved to miss a semi, and managed to crawl out the back window with only a scrape on his elbow and some seat-belt bruises. If he hadn't happened to put on his belt that day, I would probably be the youngest Stroh again. He's also playing it off like it's no big deal, as the rest of my family is, like they do. they way both my brother and my mom described it was "having a little excitement this weekend." Seriously, he could've died, sounds like a fun old time. I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that actually seemed like he cared about the whole deal. That's one thing I hate about all these stupid norwegian families, they are so afraid of showing emotion to each other. If there's anyone you be able to show some emotional vulnerability to, it should at least be your family members.
World news: arafat's dead, might be a good thing, but more likely nothing will change. Colin Powell and John Ashcroft got fired, Hopefully Donny Rumsfeld will be next. If I could pick one asshole to get rid of in Washington, I'd pick him even before Bush.Not that it would be an easy decision, mind you.

Ben - I'm really your birthday sucked, I wish I had been there, I would've left that shitty bar and gone with.
Girls - Screw all of you and your mixed messages. Seriously, all you girls need to stop that right now, or you're going to bed with no supper and a sore bottom.
Renee, Hannah, Liz, Liz, Mike Hansen, Mr. and Mrs. Letz - I hope you're coming back for Christmas break, I haven't seen all of you in an ass-long time.
