Yesterday I ate 920 calories. I suppose that's okay for me to consume but I'd like to keep it at about 700 a day. I want to lose 10 pounds and then I will be happier. Lately, I have been really moody and I don't know why. Everything seems to be wrong. And to top it off, when I look in the mirror, I am even more upset. Plus, it seems like everyone is on a diet and getting thin, except for me. So, I started yesterday and am doing well today, which is a feat. I cann't seem to get past the first 3 days of a diet. Blah, I am grumpy.
Today, I have eaten:
Meal #1
Plain tuna fish = 150 calories
Cheese = 65 calories
Total of Meal #1 = 215
Meal #2
Boneless, skinless, plain chicken breast = 120 calories
Two cups steamed vegetables = 50 calories
Toal of Meal #2 = 170 calories
Meal #3
Lean cuisine = 400 calories
Total of Meal #3 = 400 calories
Total of today = 785 calories
That's better, I weigh 111 today and it's time to take that back down to 101. I just need to support myself more.
