What is wrong with my body? I are lunch and weighed myself afterwards and it was 113. I feel like I'm not losing any weight at all and I have been on this regiment for the last week. Everything between 700-850 calories and I am not weighing any less or getting any thinner. What is wrong with me?
Meal #1:
Cheese: 150 cal
Meal #2:
Half can of vegetable soup: 115 cal
Meal #3
1 cup of beans: 350 cals
Grand total: 615
When will I start to lose weight? Why haven't I already? Am I doomed to never lose those damn 10 pounds?
