Ok, that worked!
Meeting up with the others (well, some of the others) at 5:30 this afternoon. I'm in a lull space: it feels like nothing's going to happen until then and I'm bored to tears. Which is WRONG. I'm trying to snap out of it. Tried calling Sara but the line was busy -- probably online.
So, things I could do:
1) Write. No kidding.
2) Write a letter to Chris -- that's actually a pretty good idea, but I'll keep going with this process just to convince myself I have options
3) Finish packing, as planned, make lunch, as planned, and wander down to campus as planned (I'm at home now, thank goodness for dialup) or just take a walk. I'm going to spend a lot of time sitting down soon.
4) do yoga :)
5) Get up the nerve to wander down to Dallas' ahead of schedule and hang out if the ppl there are amenable.
6) write another email to Leah just for the hell of it.
7) get out my flute
8) see if I can get on a piano on campus.
9) do something weird to my room
10) do some of the stuff I'm supposed to get done for after break (naw, too something
11) freak out about something inconsequential.
12) read, as I've been doing
13) bake brownies or something
OK, losing focus. The walk idea is a really good one. Also reading Spanish language websites maybe. But definitely the walk, after the laundry's done drying or hell, even right now.
Later,
Julia
