In Waltham. They keep this place colder than the 65 of the Orono place that is no longer my home, although I still have my stuff there and am still receiving the phone bill until January 10. Have to contact Troy; have to contact Sara; will do both later. Am a little bummed out because have been thinking about that kind of thing.
It is raining. Weird. I mean, it may well do that in SF but I'll be more expecting it there. This space bar is hard to push down. Chris will be picking me up from the airport, unless there's some crisis and he can't, and given the crisis-risk of most of Chris's life I really do hope he calls. I was out at 10, the pre-arranged time and he's been getting much better at calling on time, but Jonno says there was no call for me around that time. --Oh, Agnes sighting! And she actually looked at me for a few moments before running off. Gray and white, and bigger than I expected. She's supposed to be only 5 months old. She looks like a full-grown cat, although perhaps on the small side.
The dance thing was really really amazing. Strong emotional impact. Really interesting how little time it takes to go from the very far end of the emotional spectrum on one side to fairly far down the other side . . . since the show ended about 4:15 and it is now only 10:20 of the same day and it hit nader about half an hour ago, maybe a little longer. But I am climbing up again . . . it's really funny how well writing works almost regardless of what I write about.
