SPN Masquerade Recs Part I
First batch of masquerade recs, I probably won’t get to the second before the anon period has finished.
Art: I actually want to rec every bit of art that has been created for this round - I am being completely serious, you can find the art tag here on the pinboard. That said, there’s a couple of pieces that I especially can’t stop thinking about.
Introducing the Band (J2) every time I stare at this I see more details and it’s so memorable and striking - and I absolutely love the face on pose of Jensen and the little tilt of Jared's face. Definitely liking the clothes as well and the tattoos.
Wings (J2) although I know it says J2 all I can see is Sam and Dean, and Sam’s face and hair are angelic, plus wings and amazing thighs. Either way, it's gorgeous.
Three to Tango (Sam/Dean/Danneel) I would never have thought of this pairing, but I love how pleased Danneel looks, and it all looks so fun. Awesome.
Fic: As with the art it’s honestly mostly more a case of just pointing in the direction of the pinboard again. However, here are a few especial favourites from the ones I’ve read so far (still plenty more to get through!)
Sam/Dean hair kink the imagery in this is drop dead beautiful, the edge of something strange and unspoken, and blowjobs like drowning. Highly recommend
Pearly Whites J2 I love it when someone takes something it’s hard to imagine making sexy - in this case specifically teeth and making something scorching hot out of it.. So many kudos to the author for doing it
Natural Air (J2) I prize fic that can surprise a laugh out of me and this one delivers. It’s funny, cute and hot, and Adrianne's charts gave me a big smile.
Holy, Holy Demon Dean/2014!Dean, hot, angsty and visceral, two Dean’s for the price of one, rolling in the mud together with 2014!Dean giving a great detached perspective.
Dear Mr Fantasy (Jared/girl!Jensen) scorching hot and so many great details. Absolutely nails the setting and the vibe between them both with an ending that makes you want more.
Jared/Dean, pink panties Dean being a little bit toppy and fun while wearing sexy underwear, and Jared eating up every single bit of it. Has a great vibe between them and I appreciate the background J2 feelings.
J2, Gen, Danneel amazing cracky concept yields a really fun fic which manages to be both hot and a little bit touching as well as being funny.
