i walked home from class tonight; in the snow. I saw christmas lights that had just been put up in numerous houses, and heard the laughter from the kids on their sleds... There were snowmen everywhere, and the stars were bright as never before... The northern lights were surreal tonight... they, amaze me... different colors swirled with the black of the night sky... i wanted so badly to lay down in the snow, make an angel, and just stare into the sky, listen to that laughter, and remember. but as i was passing those kids, as that laughter faded, and as the houses and mountains covered that oh-so gorgeous swirled sky, i realized, there is an end to happiness.

but you always have that beginning to look forward too.
...and y'know, i couldnt help but smile.

though it was below freezing outside, i dont think i have ever felt so warm.
