Um, Haruto? Would you mind terribly if I stopped telling people that we were married? Convince your government that he's female, and get married in your world by somebody who doesn't care enough to point out that it's clearly not true.

I'm not entirely skilled with altering government forms. Particularly because he doesn't legally exist in my world, being from another one and all. It seems a bit strange to be legally married to a nonexistent person.

If I remember correctly, there have been several people living in your world who shouldn't have legally existed. Perhaps you could find out what they did.
